Description

Soliciting quotations for water and sewer system improvements at the Blue Ridge Parkway, Oteen Warehouse, Asheville (Buncombe County), North Carolina. Work includes installing approximately 340 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron pipe; installing approximately 200 linear feet of 6-inch PVC sewer line and appurtenances; and converting fire sprinkler system from wet pipe to automatic dry pipe system. The price range is $25,000 to $100,000. The procurement is a small business set-aside.
