Description

Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for renovation of facility/hospital wards 7B, 7C, and 8B. All work shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification) Code is 233320. Completion time for this procurement is 300 calendar days, the estimated cost range is between $2,000,000 -- $5,000,000. The tentative issue date for bid package is 8/31/01, the bid opening date is 9/14/01. A pre-bid/walk-thru conference is scheduled on 9/6/01 at 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM respectively. Assembly area is in the cafeteria. All requests for bid packages must be submitted in along with a non-refundable check in the amount of $100.00 made payable to the VA Medical Center-Agent Cashier. There are a limited number of packages available and will be issued on a first come basis.
