Description

Provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to construct a 4-Unit Shower/Toilet Building on the Cherokee National Forest, Ocoee/Hiwassee Ranger District, in Polk County, Tennessee. Work includes site work for building; construction of wastewater treatment system including site work, tanks, lift station, controls, piping, mound construction and fencing; provide new water system including well work, pump, wellhouse and equipment, piping and hydrants; construct host site including site work and electrical pedestal; and remaining site work including electrical (not otherwise included), construction of parking and walkways, grading and seeding. All work to be accomplished in accordance with applicable terms, conditions, specifications and plans. Contract Time: 210 calendar days. The proposed contract listed here is 100% set aside for small business.
