- Furnish all labor and materials necessary to construct a metal building at Gillham Lake Overlook, Howard County, Gillham, Arkansas. The project includes the installation of electrical conduits, concrete slab on grade, removal of construction debris, and other work as indentified on the plans. Issue date is on or about August 31, 2001. Quotations are due on or about October 2, 2001. This solicitation is unrestricted. Magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000.
