Description

Anticipated issued date 08/20/01. The Naval Aviation Depot located at the Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the lease of (1) one each 28 x 74' modular building to be used as office space for approximately 20 people. The specifications describe construction, site preparation, foundation and installation of prefabricated modular building. Please request the solicitation to receive the specifications. The period of performance for the lease will begin on the first day of beneficial occupancy by the Government with provision for four option years. Visitation by all potential contractors for the purpose of evaluating and inspecting the NAVAVNDEPOT Facility will be authorized and is encouraged prior to submitting the proposal. The site visit is scheduled for 29 August 2001 at 9:00 a.m. EST. Delivery to be made 30 days after date of award. Delivery will be made to the Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business and is under North American Industry Classification System code 321991, with a small business size standard of 500. No phone requests.
