Description

Facilities Cleanup Services-Park areas at the Perry Lake Project Office near Perry, Kansas. Provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to clean and service the facilities and grounds. This solicitation contains a period of performanc e as one base year, beginning 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, plus (4) four one year otions. The service period for Option year I (FY03) is from 1 October 2002 through 30 September 2003. The service period for Option year II (FY04) is from 1 Oc tober 2003 through 30 September 2004. The service period for Option year III (FY05) is from 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. The service period for Option Year IV (FY06) is from 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006. The government will awar d a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and past performance considered. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAIC code is 561790. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency.
