Description

The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform the following efforts. Services shall be provided at SPAWAR's San Diego, CA headquarters. Integic (formerly USI) shall provide installation, testing, validation, operation, error investigation and correction, interface, user support, user training, Government support personnel training, and configuration management services for commercial and Government off-the-shelf (COTS and GOTS) software included in FIMS or that must interface with FIMS; of the data bases used; and documentation maintenance. Integic shall provide ongoing maintenance for FIMS and the STARS file download application. Contractor efforts are not limited to FIMS, and shall include the analysis, design, investigation, installation, testing, and validation of an interface with the U. S. Navy's STARS. Integic shall also provide information systems interfacing and data base modeling, conversion, integration, and configuration management services necessary to enable exchange of financial documents and data between FIMS and data bases supported under this contract and external data bases, including but not limited to STARS. It is SPAWAR's intention to award a one year, cost-plus-fixed-fee level of effort contract with one option year. This announcement is for subcontracting possibilities ONLY. The NAIC code for this procurement is 541519 and Integic Corporation qualifies as a small business concern under this code. See Note 22.
