101811P179, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a single source contract to Ducks Unlimited in Rancho Cordova, California in a cost share effort for the creation of waterfowl habitat (11,603 acres of wintering waterfowl) within the Central Valley Project service area, as it pertains to Section 34-6(b)(22) of the Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CVPIA).
