101811P178, The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a single source contract to Glenco Farms of Lodi, CA in a cost share effort to mitigate the loss of similar habitat during refuge water supply conveyance construction in the vicnity since 1992. Glenco Farms will flood 113 acres of their private property to provide quality giant gartner snake habitat. Authority under P.L. 102-575, Title XXXIV, Central Valley Project Improvement Act.
