Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for a contractor to provide technical support to the Local Emergcncy Planning Committees (LEPCs) and the Emergency Management Agencies (EMAs)in the state of Virginia. Tasks to be completed involve reviewing County Emergency Operations Plans and providing CAMEO training. The work to be completed is part of a task originally issued against an EPA contract that has recently expired. The EPA intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to the incumbent contractor, Resource Applications, Inc., of Richmond, VA, so that they may complete this task. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. See Numbered Note 22.
