Description

Clarification to CAPPS RFP Cover Letter: The NASA procurement development team received numerous questions and comments to the Draft RFP posted on July 5th, 2001. The questions and comments to the Draft RFP have been answered or clarified in the Final RFP released on August 15th, 2001, which represents the government's final requirements. The Bidder's Library has been updated to provide additional information, partly in response to questions and comments received. The cover letter to the Final RFP notwithstanding, the questions and answers to the Draft RFP will not be posted. Per RFP Article L-19, the Government will answer relevant and appropriate questions regarding the Final RFP that are received prior to the cutoff date, September 5, 2001. Questions received after this date may be considered but not answered by formal amendment.
