Description

The work of this contract is to provide janitorial services at the Visitor Center for the National Park Service at New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park, 33 William Street, New Bedford, MA 02740. Services will be performed year around. The square footage of the areas to be cleaned is approximately 3700 sf. The area (first floor and basement) consists of rest rooms on each floor, kitchen/lunch room, exhibit space, offices and conference rooms with carpet throughout all areas except the rest room facilities, which have tile. The government intends to award a single contract for the a year and four option years. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is set-aside for Very Small Businesses. The SIC code is 561720. A single award will be made. Award to be based on low quote. All requests for packages must be made by mail to the above address or via email or via fax to (508) 349-9052. No telephone requests for RFQ packages will be accepted. The estimate (for all five years) is between $25,000 and $100,000.
