Description

The Bureau of Alcohol Tobbacco & Firearms Services (ATF) intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with Thermo Detection, 20 Alpha Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824 for maintenance of 6 each EGIS 3000 explosives detection equipment.. Services include unlimited corrective maintenance service call at the customer site, (2) preventative maintenance visits at the customer site, unlimited telephone support to the customers, the cost of all services, labor and parts will be borne by Thermo Detection Inc.This support will be provided for a 1 year service agreement from date of award, 7 days a week, (24) hours per day. This award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisitions procedures under FAR subpart 13.5. Award will be based on meeting the requirements listed above on all or none basis. All interested parties must submit a quote that demonstrates capability to provide premium maintenance support to the EGIS 3000 explosives and detection equipment to include costs, within 1 day after date of this publication. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service.Awardee must complete an SF-3381, ACH/Vendor miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form, for payment via electronic funds transfer Quotes are acceptable by mail or fax to 202 927-8688 to ATTN: Sonia Goodman All questions must be in writing, No telephone inquires will be accepted.
