Annual Membership with the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Membership is to be used as a Recruiting Tool for the Navy Recruiting Command, Millington, TN for the period of March 01, 2002 thru Feb 28, 2003. Anticipate a sole source award to the National Society of Black Engineers.
