Description

This Modification to RFP GSA-TFI-2001-039 is to add referenced documents not in the original upload and conveys to recipients the URL address where the RFP is located. However some URL characters are prohibited HTML tags, not allowed in announcements. Therefore the URL address has been double spaced at slash and slash-slash characters and these are substituted with the small letter 'j'. The URL is therefore HTTP: j j www2.eps.gov j spg j GSA j FTS j TI j GSA-TFI-2001-039 j Attachments.html -- Substitute each space-j-space or space-jj-space with a slash or slash-slash respectively. The Section C statement of work for the subject RFP references specifications, standards, and documents. The standards in Section C have imbedded World Wide Web URL addresses to access the associated source documents. However the other documents referred to in Section C are not located in the RFP or uploaded to the RFP notices yet. These are named in general as CONOPS, HCMP, Logistics, Year 2000 Performance Plan, SCMP, Security, Strategic Plan (2000), training, Glossary of Terms, Configuration Management Plan, contents, General Architecture Description, Equipment as of 7-3-97, Implementation documents consisting of Discussion points, Letter of intent, Negotiations strategy, site survey form, transportation, VSAT-cover, VSAT-sample-letter, and VSAT-Translated-Certificate files, an Introduction, Local Hires file, Non-financial contributions, On-line forms, Operational Support, a PMP Graphics File, contents, Current equipment listing, Points of Contact Generic File, and Security Enclosures files 1 and 2 and are attached to this modification. This or a subsequent Modification points or will point to all the referenced documents. No library of these documents will be available for review at the agency as a result.
