- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract to Rockwell Collins, Inc., of Cedar Rapids, Iowa on a sole source basis. The contractor will continue the development and demonstration of the DARPA airborne pseudolite system. This is a follow-on to an existing contract under N66001-98-C-8610. Note 22 applies.
