Description

This request is issued by the Directorate of Contracting for potential sources that will aid the government to meet the following requirement. This request is for a Transformation Campaign Plan (TCP) database project management requirement. The Directorat e of Contracting is seeking a system to assist the 101st Airborne Division in planning, synchronizing and managing a ten (10) year transformation process and beyond. The transformation shall involve three Axes with 19 imbedded lines of operation that is m anaged horizontally, vertically and with interdependencies across multiple projects with an unlimited number of tasks and subtasks. All the lead offices and agencies for the 19 lines of operation reside on Ft Campbell and shall have the ability to gain ac cess to the network. The system shall have adequate bandwidth/connectivity to the 19 lines of operation offices. There shall be a centralized web enabled database or project management product. Ft Campbell has the server and infrastructure to host the p roduct. There is no preference in which backend database product is used; however, SQL server is currently used. Ultimately, must have a full enabled web system. Invitations for demonstrations will be issued.****
