- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is preparing to inactivate MIL-S-19622F and Slant Sheets 1, 2, 3, 4, 14. Title: Stuffing Tubes, Nylon, and Packing Assemblies, General Specification for. NAVSEA intends to draft specifications and standards to accommodate a variety of design solutions and processes, and to encourage a broad vender base.
