Description

This is a notice of intent from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis, copper metallized lipid tubules, from Chemical Delivery Systems, Inc., Mound Advancing Technology Center, 720 Mound Ave., Bldg. COS Rm. 219, Miamisburg, OH 45342. The contractor shall provide a total of 13 Kilograms of tubules from diacetylenic lipid and metallized with copper by the electroless process, on an as needed schedule throughout the year. The contract shall be for one year only. This notice is considered to be sole source and therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. Numbered Note 22 applies.
