- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is preparing MIL-PRF-24149, Studs, Welding, and Arc Shields (Ferrules), General Specification for, with Slant Sheets 1-6. NAVSEA intends to draft specifications and standards to accommodate a variety of design solutions and processes and to encourage a broad vendor base.
