This is a restricted requirement to, Lockheed Martin Corporation (04939). The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). This acquisition contains Technical Data whose export is restricted by The Arms Export Control A ct (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The required delivery i s 1 each 240 Days After Contract Award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above.
