Description

Furnish all labor, plant, materials, and supervision for the renovations of office areas, building 1422, Fort Detrick, Maryland. The renovations shall include but not be limited to the following. Interior demolition, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, mechanical systems, metals, wall and ceiling covering, thermal and moisture, floor covering and miscellaneous items. Solicitation number DAMD17-01-B-0012 will be available on or about August 31, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a bid that will be considered. However, solicitation packages are limited to 40 on first come, first serve basis. Request for copies of this solicitation package shall be in writing or facsimile (301-619-3002) not later than 10 days from the date of this publication. The established price range of this construction project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The SIC Code for this procurement action is 1542 and the size standard is $27.5 million in average annual receipts. Unrestricted. Any resulting contract will be firm-fixed price type contract.
