Description

DESCRIPTION: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, Rhode Island intends to procure under an "M" Supply Type Purchase Order with Firm Fixed Price Provisions and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the following: (1) CLIN 0001 Quantity (QTY) 1 Prototype Parts Basket Carrier and handle in accordance with Government Drawings; (2) CLIN 0002 QTY 4, Parts Basket Carriers and handles in accordance with Government Drawings (3) CLIN 0003 QTY 4, Parts Basket Carriers and handles in accordance with Government Drawings. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination for CLIN 0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Colts Neck, New Jersey, 42 days after date of contract award; F.O.B. Destination CLIN 0002 QTY 4 to Navy Submarine Torpedo Facility, Yorktown, Virginia, and 0003 QTY 4 to NUWC Division Keyport Detachment, Ewa Beach, Hawaii, 42 days after approval of CLIN 0001. The Request for Quotation is expected to be issued around 8/24/01. This is 100% set aside for small business, Note 1. North American Industry Classification System Code 333999, 500 Employees.
