Description

A multi discipline indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a construction Job Order Contract (JOC). This type of contract is authorized for repair, maintenance or renovation projects and minor construction type projects. The JOC services are for the Portland Aiir National Guard Base at Portland IAP, Portland OR and Camp Rilea, Warrenton, OR. A JOC is a comprehensive collection of detailed projects using pre-established unit prices from the Means Facilities Construction Cost Data Manual. Any one delivery order will not exceed $500,000.00. The total aggregate ceiling amount for all delivery orders will not exceed $5,000,000.00 for the life of the contract. Contract will be for one base year with four (4) option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The contract will be awarded to the responsive/responsible bidder with the lowest coefficients for base period, overtime and bonding. Please note, city cost indexes will be used on delivery orders for each respective city and are available from the RS Means company. Bid packages will be available on or about 25 September 2001 from the USPFO for Oregon, Attn: USPFO-P, 1776 Militia Way, Salem, OR 97309-5008. Submit your request in writing via fax to (503) 584-3771. Bid opening will be on or about 25 October 2001 at 2:00 PM local time in the USPFO for Oregon conference room.
