Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE: This project will require a contractor to provide all necessary management, quality control, labor, materials, and equipment required to construct a facility to be used for training INS personnel in situations that may be encountered in everyday e ntry into the United States. This building will be a stand-alone building and will include, but not limited to, interior pa rtitions, doors, ceilings, mechanical systems, fire alarms and fire protection system, security system, parking, plumbing sy stems and fixtures, electrical systems, and light fixtures, interior and exterior windows, finishes, power and communication outlets, and landscaping. There are six (6) alternate bid items that may or may not be awarded based upon the proposed pri ces for each item. Duration of the contract will be 365 calendar days.
