Description

The work consists of construction of an alternate source of reliable electrical power for use during flooding events, when commercial power outages occur. Power will be provided by stand alone generating units to be placed at the existing storm water and sanitary pump stations. Also included is the purchase and delivery of generator units and necessary appurtenances for Renick Run Storm Water Pump Station. Work includes providing generators, generator enclosures, fuel tanks and delivery system, enclosure utilities, connections to existing equipment, and necessary permits. Offerors are required to submit a technical proposal that consists of four factors. Those factors are A. Product Data; B. Experience and Past Performances; C. Project Management, Quality Control, Key Personnel, and Schedule; and D. Planned Technical Execution of Key Work Tasks/Elements. Offerors are advised that they are to submit both a Technical Proposal and a Cost Proposal. Those firms failing to provide clear evidence that the product being offered meets the technical specifications and failing to demonstrate their capability to perform the work will not be considered. The monetary range of this project is from $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. All interested firms may submit a proposal which will be considered.
