FISC San Diego intends to negotiate a sole source contract modification with Rolands and Associates Corporation under their existing contract N00244-97-D-0011. This action will provide a level of effort increase to Option Year 4. The estimated increase in the level of effort is 15,790 hours. This action is a sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available.
