Description

DESC: Subject Technical Assistance to the Albany Research Center (ARC), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), for ES&H Activities. The U. S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), Pittsburgh, PA intends to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to Envirotroal Inc, Sewickley, PA to provide all material, support, work or services to provide and install and Activated Clay, Acitivated Carbon Water Filter Treatment equipment. This request is considered to be a sole-source to Envirotrol, Inc. Therefore, no solicitation shall result from announcement procedure. Any firm believing that they can provide the required services may submit a written response clearly showing it's ability to provide the required services, which will be considered by this agency.
