Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Loving Works Corporation, 8700 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring MD 20910 to provide development, maintenance and consultation for the Administrative Records Tracking System (ARTS) application for the Planning, Research and Evaluation Division. Because of past performance in the involvement of the ARTS, Loving Works Corporation is very familiar with the Census bureau and has intimate familiarity with Census Bureau procedures, organization and operations. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
