Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a solicitation for the following services which require the contractor to coordinate with the point of contact assigned by the Baltimore District, Real Estate Division to provide the necessary labor, material and equipment to accomplish the task of: Appraisal Services of twenty-four (24) properties as a part of the Green Brook Flood Control Project -- Segment t, Option 2 located in the Borough of Bound Brook, Somerset County, New Jersy and Borough of Middlesex County, New Jersey. The appraisal reports are to be prepared in compliance with Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (USAFLA), as amended, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as amended. The objective of this task will provide primary opinion on which to base just compensation for the properties impacted by this phase of the project to alleviate the serious flooding that occurs in the Green Brook Sub-Basin of the Raritan River Basin. All responsible sources may submit a proposal identifying their capability to respond to this requirement by August 29 which shall be considered by this agency.
