Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order using the Simplified Acquisition (SA) process to Wester n Identification Network, Inc., 9845 Horn Road, Suite 200, Sacramento, CA 95827 for a WIN AFIS System resource fee and maint enance agreement. This system is a federal law enforcement tracking system. The North American Industry Classification Sys tem Code is 514191 and the small business size standard is $18.0. Western Identification Network, Inc. is a proprietary pro vider of this information, therefore, this procurement is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and telep hone requests will not be accepted and are considered non-responsive to this CBD Announcement. However, contractors with th is capability may submit a PROPOSAL WITH PRICING to be considered by the Government no later than 15 days after the date of this announcement. See Numbered Note 22.
