Description

This is a small business set-aside. Intrusion detection monitoring services of arms, ammunition and explosives (AA&E) vaults of HIARNG statewide. NAICS code 56162, size standard $9.0M, SVC code L063. The duration of the contract shall be for a period of one year from the date of initial contract award (o/a 1 Oct 01) plus an extension of up to four additional option years for a total duration NTE five years. HIARNG is in the process of converting all vaults to dual dial-up and is expected to be fully converted by 30 Sep 01, equipped with the following: DMP XR200 and EUROPLEX control units, Telguard Classic digital dialers, balance magnetic swtich (BMS), passive infrared sensor (PIR), and passive ultra-sonic sensors (PUS). Due to physical security reasons, infromation pertaining to the specific site details of vaults will only be granted on an as needed basis approved by the HIARNG security officer. Service shall be 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. FAR Part 12, commercial items applies and evaluation IAW FAR Part 12.602 based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
