Description

The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 to provide all necessary supervision, labor, travel, equipment, materials and supplies to perform quarterly preventive maintenance (in Nov., Feb., May, and Aug.) and repair service calls for ETO and steam sterilizers and washer equipment listed below located at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) 1000 Locust St, Reno, NV, 89502-2597, and VA Central California Health Care System, 2615 E. Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703, facilities within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21). Contract period is October 1, 2001, or date of award if subsequent thereto, through September 30, 2002 with four one-year renewal option periods through September 30, 2006.Contract award is subject to availability of funds.
