Preventive maintenance, inspection and repair of the Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) located at Fort Monroe, VA. This announcement constitutes the Government's intent to award a contract on a sole-source basis to Siemens Building Technologies, Inc., 5257 Cleveland Street, Virginia Beach, VA. Period of performance for the base year is projected to begin on 1 October 2001 and end on 30 September 2002 with four option years.
