Description

Request for quotation will be issued for preventive maintenance and unlimited emergency calls on two each Government owned Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) abatement systems. The contractor shall provide al supplies, tools, repair parts and diagnostic equipment necessary to repair and perform maintenance on this equipment. The VOC abatement system is part of a dry filter paint booth manufactured by Spray Booth Systems, Inc with Arcadis Geraghty and Miller as the subcontractor. The system is composed of two paint booths, two regenerative thermal oxidizers and supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA). This will be sole sourced to Arcadis Geraghty and Miller. Arcadis Geraghty and Miller has proprietary rights to the system design and source codes. North American Industrial Classification System is 561210. Size standard is $5.0M. This solicitation will be issued electronically, as will any amendment, in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c). Therefore, hard copies will not be provided.
