Description

The U.S. Army CECOM seeks services of an administrator for the Family Services Program to coordinate special project programs within the Army Community Service (ACS). ACS is a community oriented Social Service Program to assist eligible clients as set forth in the Army Regulation (AR) 608-1:The Army Community Service Program. The Program administrator will implement the family service program to assist eligible clients and act as the primary point of contact for the orchestration and execution of program efforts and operate at the Fort Monmouth, N. J. Services Center located at Building 812 Murphy Drive, Fort Monmouth, NJ. Services will be on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) for the period of 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002 and will include three one-year options. Offeror must have knowledge of the Department of the Army policy governing the ACS program and a wide variety of social service agencies for referral of soldiers and family members. Basic knowledge of customer services offered by all ACS programs; Consumer Affairs and Financial Assistance Program, Family Advocacy, Installation Volunteer, Family Member Employment Assistance, Information and Referral Program, Outreach and Relocation Assistance Program.
