Description

Note 22 applies. This acquisition is for international broadcast rights for television programming from CS Associates, who is the exclusive rights holder for the programs to be acquired. The broadcast rights are for an estimated 600 hours of off-the-shelf programming which will be delivered to the American Forces Radio and Television Service Broadcast Center located at 1363 Z Street, Bldg 2730, March ARB, CA 92518-2017. The resulting contract will be a sole source requirements contract with a basic and four option years. The solicitation is for commercial ites and is prepared in compliance with FAR Part 12.
