Description

The previous solicitation for this requirment was published on the CBD net on June 20, 2001. The following FAR clause 52.212-2 "Evaluation Commercial Items" (1/99)is inserted. Evaluation will be based on the following factors to evaluate offers in order of importance: 1) Quality (based on quality of equipment and warranty) 2) Price 3) Past-Performance.
