- Description
- Supply the following radios to the Amarillo VA Health Care System. Bid opening will be on or about 9-14-01. Subject to the availability of funds. Supply the following brand name or equel. 1) Model 48 max interconnect. 2) MTR2000 (100 watt) 3)HT 1250/DTMF portable including ultra high capacity battery and charger 4) HT 750 portable including ultra high vapacity and charger 5) nylon cases 6) HT 1250/750 software 7) Programming cable 8) Standard leather DTMF case with swivel 9) Installation. All equipment must also meet the following specs. Telephone interface must be equal to or better than the Zetron 48 Max interface unit. Unit must be compatible with the Motorola MTR 200 repeters, and capable of remot programming. Repeters must be software programmable narrow band radio of 100 watts or better. Repeaters must be equal to or better than the Motorola MTR2000, and programmable utilizing MTR 2000 software and interface cables. Units must also be compatible with Motorola DC remotes.Portable radios must be 19 channel, narrow band radios, equel to or better than Motorola model HT-750, P/N AAH25KDC9AA3 _N and HT-1250, P/N AAH25KDH9AA6_N, and be software programmable utilizing Motorola programming software(P/N:HVN9025H) and interface cable (P/N: RKN4075A). All radios must include single battery chargers capable of rechargingMotorola P/N:HNN9009 ultra high capacity nickle metal hydride batteries. Radios must also have antennas equal to or better than Motorola P/N: PMAD4015A. 16 portable radios must have DTMF capabilities, and 25 must not. Batteries for the portable radios must be equal to or better than Motorola P/N: HNN9009 and able to recharge in motorola multiple battery charger P/N: AAHTN3003. Nylon carrying cases must be equel to or better than the Motorola P/N:HLN9701, with ease of access to DTMF keypad, and removal from users belt. Leather carrying cases are to be equal to or better than the Motorola P/N:HLN9694A, and be DTMF compatible with quick disconnect swivel mount belt connection.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This soliciation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FAC 97-19 (c). Provision 52.212-1, instructions to offerors commercial item appiles to this solicitation. offeror must include a copy of the provision 52.212-3, offeror representations and certifications commercial items. Clause 52.212-5, contract terms and conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders commercial items, applies which includes the Service Contract Act.
