PR ON: AX1T1182AX, NSN: 3010-01-328-5265, PN: 3860415-1, Quantity 35 each, applicable to the T700 Engine (UH-60 helicopter). Shipment is F.O.B. origin with deliveries to Cherry Point, NC. This item is restricted to Honeywell International, INC, Engines a nd Systems, 111 South 34th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034. This part must be acquired directly from the actual manufacturer. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible t o draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
