Description

DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quot ations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation document number DAHA23-01-T-0155 and incorporated provisions and clauses are current through FAC 97-27. This solicitation is a small business set-aside un der NAIC 336413. Solicitation is for following CLIN #0001: Quantity of eight (8) R1 High Performance Rescue Hoists Lucas Western, Inc Part# 42305-1, Government NSN 1680-014-058-3671 (equal to or greater than). These hoists are to be used for UH-60 MEDDEV AC ACFT Rescue. Inspection and acceptance are to be FOB destination to Springfield, MO 65803. Successful bid must provide evidence that these hoists have received airworthiness certification. In order of importance the evaluation factors are: 1) Techni cal capability of item offered to meet the Government s requirement 2) past performance of vendor in this type of hoist 3) Pricing and 4) Delivery time. Technical capability and past performance when combined are more important than price. Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose quotation, confirming to this notice, will offer the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following FAR provisions an d clauses are applicable to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference. FAR Clauses 52.211-6, 52.212-1, -2, -3, -4 and 52.212-5. The following additional FAR clauses cited in 52.212-5 apply: 52.222-19, -21, -26, -35, -36, -37. FAR 52.219-6 Smal l Business Set Aside applies. Following DFAR Clauses apply 252.252-1, 252.252-2, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7000 and 252.225-7001. Interested parties must submit a completed copy, with your quotation, of FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offeror s Representation and Certif ication. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions, however, Government reserves the right to conduct discussions with vendors in the competitive range, if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. All interested parties must submit the following information with your quotation: Indicate the manufacturer, part number, price per unit and extended price, delivery date, warranty terms and the length of time of your quote is valid. Specification sheet for item, if you are submitting a quote for hoists other than above part number. Submit at least three past performance references with whom you have supplied above hoists, giving individuals name and phone number. Vendor must be CCR registered. Vendo r must accept EFT payment or payment by credit card. Include your Federal Tax ID, DUNS number and CAGE code with your quotation.
