DFAR clause 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions For Ammunition and Explosives (May 1994) applies. 5. This Acquisition contains explosive Naval Ordnance items which require special security, safety and transportation clauses. The clauses may be found in Section "I." 6. This is a competitive solicitation. Small and large businesses may submit offers. 8. Up to 100% Option Clause included. Option validity period is 300 days.
