- Description
- The U.S. National Parks Service (NPS) has a requirement for rehabilitating the partially collapsed historic stone culvert at Wheeler Road in the C&O Canal Park. The work consists of the boring and jacking of a 36 inch diameter concrete pipe approximately 170 feet long through a roadway embankment. The work also includes the construction of headwalls and placement of rip rap. This will be a fixed price construction contract. A presite visit will be conducted on September 5, 2001.
