Description

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (located in Maricopa County, Arizona) will receive bids for the construction of the Lehi Community Center at 2:00 PM o'clock on October 4th, 2001 at the SRPMIC Engineering and Construction Services Department located at 10,005 East Osborn Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85256. This project is funded by a HUD Indian Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG). The estimated cost range for this project is between $3,000,000 and $5,000,000. THIS SOLICATION IS LIMITED TO QUALIFIED INDIAN OWNED FIRMS ONLY!!! Prospective Bidders will be required to submit a pre-qualification statement 7 days prior to bid opening. Description of work: Construct a 37,000 S.F. Community Center with associated site work and parking. Project includes a multi-purpose room, kitchen, gymnasium, game room, exercise facilities, and offices. Structure is load-bearing CMU walls with metal roof structure and deck. The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the Bid Opening. Each Prime General Bidder may obtain a maximum of two (2) sets of Bidding Documents and each Prime Mechanical and Electrical Bidder may obtain a maximum of one (1) set of documents. Additional copies of the complete Bidding Documents will be available to Bidders at a cost to be paid for by the Bidder. This reproduction cost is not returnable. A mandatory prebid conference is scheduled for September 18th, 2001 at the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community's Engineering and Construction Services Department.
