Description

UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a Requirements type contract. This is a Sole Source Requirement with Electric Power Equipment Company, 5151 e. 56th Avenue, Commerce City, CO 80022 for lease/purchase of a EPECO Model 1110 Test Stand with front cover and a Bradley generator accessory kit. EPECO Model 1110 Test Stand with front cover and a Bradley generator accessory kit, Ambient Temperature: Operates at 0 to 40 degrees C; stores at 40 to 80 degrees C; humidity: 100% non-condensing (with space heater option). 80hDb A coustic contribution at operator station. Input power: 3 phase, 60 Hz 480, 416, 240, 208V; 3 phase, 50 Hz 440, 380, 220, 200V. Drive: Variable frequency, AC gearless; speed range of 0 to 12,000 rpm, % steady regulation. Shaft rotation: clockwise or counterwise. Resistive load: 12/24 VDC switch selectable. Load is infinitely adjustable with shock loading. Instrumentation: LED .5 digital % accuracy on ampress, volts and rpm, (6) ammeters, (6) voltmeters, (4) Analog indicators to detect instability, (3) rpm indicators, starter timer, elapsed test timer, and running time hour meter. Power supplies: 200A 12/24 Dc with Taps; 20 A DC Variable. Size shipping: 90" W X 49" D X 70" H' operating 98" W X 58" D X 102 H. Weight: Test Stand Only: 2850 Lbs.; including full complement of accessories: 3250 Lbs. Ventilation requirements: 1750 BTU per minute heat dissipation required. Exhaust on top is 3500 CFM. Output horsepower: 30 continuous over testing rpm range. Resistive Loading: 600A Single voltage, 300A Dual voltage. Sixteen-lamp annunciator with fault and status lamps, alarm reset and lamp test. The quantity is one (1) each. The required delivery is 90 to 120 days after award of this contract.
