Description

The Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Missiles and Fire Control Orlando, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-228, Orlando, Florida 32819-8907 to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, Engineering and Technical services by the assignment of Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) and Logistics Engineering Technical Services (LETS) technicians on location and in support of the Apache Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Nig ht Vision Sensor (TADS/PNVS) and Electro-Optic Bench (EOB) systems and components at various U.S. Army installations in the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The period of performance is 3-months basic c ontract at the end of FY01 (1 Oct 01 31 Dec 01) followed by a 12-month option (1 Jan 02 31 Dec 02). This requirement is under the authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) based on the determination that the Government needs can only be sati sfied by one source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
