- Onsite maintenance service to keep equipment in good working order from 01 Oct 01 -- 02 Sep 30 on CATV Distribution System and Headend Unit. Headend system consists of one Launch Amplifier, eight Blonder Tongue Agile Modulators, six Blonder Tongue Channel, Elimination Filters, two Microwave Elimination Filters, and one Combiner. Service is set-aside for small business companies only. Note #1 applies.
