- This is a notice of intent to negotiate sole source with Baxter Healthcare Corporation, One Baxter Parkway, Deerfield, IL 60015 to furnish all labor, materials and transportation to perform maintenance and repair on Government-owned Drake Willock system 1000 dialysis machines located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, NC and in patient homes for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. This notice may represent the only official notice of such solicitation. See Note 22.
