Description

The purpose of this modification is to correct Solicitation Number. The solicitation number should read: DAAB08-01-R-0016. No other changes to the original synopsis. The U.S. Army CECOM seeks services of a Program Manager to operate a program of Installation Volunteer Program Service within the Army Community Service (ACS). The Program Manager will administer a comprehensive program and operate the Eatontown, N. J. Services Satellite Outreach Center located at 809 Pinebrook Road, Eatontown, NJ. Services will be on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) for the period of 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002 and will include three one-year options. Offeror must have knowledge of the Department of the Army policy governing the ACS program and a wide variety of social service agencies for referral of soldiers and family members. Basic knowledge of all ACS programs offered; Financial Readiness, Relocation Readiness, Employment Readiness, Family Service, Information and Referral, Program, and Outreach Program.
