Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a sole-source contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation, the manufacturer of the Laser Guided Training Round (LGTR) to provide production engineering services, logistics support services and testing and hardware support services in support of the LGTR program. As the sole producer of the LGTR, Lockheed Martin is the only source capable of providing support services. Under the intended contract, the Navy will issue orders to Lockheed Martin for tasking using the services mentioned above in support of the LGTR program. The duration of the contract is 3 years, 4 months inclusive of options. See Note 22.
